Islamabad Office Opens
Our newest office opened in Islamabad, Pakistan — supporting the growing number of overseas investors with UK property interests and expanding our operational capacity. Three offices across three countries, all built from a one-person practice started in 2008.
Going International — Qatar

Edge expanded internationally with the opening of our Qatar office, bringing our property tax expertise to UK investors and expats operating in the Middle East. A Coventry practice that now advises clients across borders.
Our First Building — Electric Wharf

We bought our first building at Electric Wharf, Coventry. From a self-serviced office to owning our own premises in two years — a converted power station on the canal, right in the heart of the city. This is still our UK headquarters today.
Financial Services Launches
Ahmad launched a dedicated Financial Services department, adding mortgage broking, protection, and insurance advice to the practice. For the first time, our clients could get tax advice, accountancy, and mortgage advice under one roof — the “one umbrella” approach that Edge is known for.
A Partnership Forms
Khawaja Ahmad joined as business partner, bringing additional expertise and capacity to the growing practice. Operating from a small self-serviced office at 101 Lockhurst Lane, we started building the team and the client base that would become Edge Accountants.
Coventry Acquisition
We acquired an established accountancy practice in Coventry, bringing on their client base and expanding our reach across the West Midlands. The first step in building something bigger than a one-person operation.
Where It Started

Farhan Nagda ACCA started the practice as a sole practitioner. No team, no office — just one accountant with a clear idea of how property tax should be done. The focus from day one was advising landlords and investors on tax that most general accountants weren’t equipped to handle.
